I only have a few grip issues with the plates, but those are minor and only occur on my second set. I have had the plates for a while now and they have not come out of the box. They are very well built and sturdy and are a great addition to my gym. I have had very good luck with these plates. I am very happy with the plates and would recommend them to anyone. I have not had a single issue with them.
