Cons: Some owners have reported that the smoke probe is not as accurate as they would have liked. It also can be very hot to the touch. I had to switch off the heat when I first opened the lid, as it was hot enough to burn my hand. I had to turn the heat down to around 120 degrees to keep it from burning my hands.
