I have always been a fan of taking Diphenhydramine for sleep. I have used it in conjunction with my medication for sleep apnea and it worked well. I was very happy to find out that it contains a mix of the two drugs for the night time use, and I have been taking it since August. The only side effect I have had is that I can feel a little bit of a headache or fatigue for the next day. It does not affect me in a way that is uncomfortable, and it is not a problem. I would definitely recommend it.
